  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and inviting manner.
  2. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Prepare and serve coffee and food items according to Dunkin' standards.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining area, restrooms, and kitchen.
  5. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  8. Upsell and promote special offers and new products to customers.
  9. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergen information to assist customers with their orders.
  10. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  11. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and targets.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  14. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall dining experience.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
