  1. Oversee and support daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality and cleanliness standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for all team members.
  3. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  4. Create and implement schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
  6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall performance.
  8. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure that the restaurant is in compliance at all times.
  9. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
  10. Assist in budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and controlling costs.
  11. Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating new team members.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make suggestions for improvement to management.
  13. Lead by example and uphold company values and standards.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the overall success of the restaurant.
