  • Oversee the operations of multiple Dunkin' locations and ensure that each one meets our high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer service
  • Lead and develop a team of managers and crew members, providing guidance, training, and support to help them excel in their roles
  • Drive sales and profitability for each location through effective management of resources, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and efficiency of the restaurant locations
  • Communicate regularly with upper management and provide updates on the performance of each location
  • Ensure that all locations follow food safety and sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Uphold the Dunkin' brand image and standards at all times, both internally and externally
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitors, and make recommendations for improvement and growth opportunities
