Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In A Multi-Unit Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Meeting Financial Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Employees.
Knowledge Of Dunkin' Brand Standards, Policies, And Procedures.
