- Oversee the operations of multiple Dunkin' restaurant locations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and achieve company goals.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as needed to meet budget and financial targets.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and supplies.

Previous Restaurant Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Multiple Restaurant Locations, Preferably In The Fast Food Or Quick Service Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Leading A Team Of Managers And Employees. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members.
