  1. Oversee the operations of multiple Dunkin' restaurant locations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and profitability.
  2. Train, mentor, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
  3. Create and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and achieve company goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as needed to meet budget and financial targets.
  5. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  6. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and supplies.
  8. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  9. Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profits.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, implementing new ideas and initiatives to improve operations.
  11. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  12. Collaborate with other managers and cross-functional teams to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.
  13. Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive business and attract new customers.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development to improve skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Restaurant Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Multiple Restaurant Locations, Preferably In The Fast Food Or Quick Service Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Leading A Team Of Managers And Employees. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In Any Management Role, And Even More So In A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager Position. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Both Employees And Customers.

  • Financial Acumen: A Successful Multi Unit Restaurant Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Analyzing Financial Reports. This Will Help In Making Informed Decisions To Drive Profitability And Growth For The Business.
