- Oversee the daily operations of multiple Dunkin' restaurants to ensure the highest level of quality and service is delivered to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and improve overall performance of the restaurants.
- Directly manage and provide guidance to restaurant managers and their teams, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and adhering to company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to make informed business decisions.
- Develop and maintain budgets for each restaurant and ensure expenses are within budget.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Ensure all restaurants are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new restaurant managers and team members.
- Communicate regularly with upper management and provide updates on the performance of the restaurants.
Extensive Experience In Restaurant Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Multiple Units Within The Restaurant Industry. This Includes Experience In Overseeing Operations, Staff Management, And Financial Management.
