- Oversee the operations of multiple Dunkin' locations, ensuring all stores are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, setting and maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with each store's management team to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals and policies.
- Train, mentor, and motivate store managers and employees to deliver the highest standard of service and quality.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to implement new initiatives and promotions.
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure quality standards are being met and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities to promote and enhance the brand.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In A Multi-Unit Or Quick Service Restaurant Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Employees And Customers.
Financial Acumen And Experience With Managing Budgets, Analyzing Sales Data, And Controlling Costs.
Familiarity With Dunkin' Brand Standards, Policies, And Procedures, As Well As A Passion For The Brand And Its Products.
