  1. Oversee the operations of multiple Dunkin' restaurant locations, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability across all locations.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions.
  4. Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees to maintain high levels of customer service and product quality.
  5. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  7. Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and accountability.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to introduce new products and promotions.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  12. Ensure all locations are following health and safety regulations.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  14. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by upper management.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager At Dunkin' Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Multiple Restaurant Locations. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Operations, Financial Management, And Customer Service In The Fast-Paced Food Service Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Teams. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Coach Employees, Effectively Delegate Tasks, And Create A Positive And Productive Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Restaurant Locations And Communicating Effectively With Employees, Customers, And Upper Management. Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Financial Acumen: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Analyzing Financial Reports. They Should Also Have Experience With Inventory Management, Cost Control, And Maximizing Profits.

  • Ability To Maintain Brand Standards: Dunkin' Has A Strong Brand Image And It Is Important For A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager To Uphold And Maintain These Standards Across All Locations. The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Brand And Be Able To Ensure Consistency In Operations, Customer Experience, And Overall Brand Representation.
