- Oversee the operations of multiple Dunkin' locations to ensure efficient and effective management.
- Ensure that all locations adhere to Dunkin's brand standards and guidelines for food and beverage quality, customer service, and overall operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability across all locations.
- Train, lead, and develop teams at each location to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance to meet or exceed company goals.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of each location to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with district managers and other members of the management team to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues that arise at any of the locations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all locations are in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with human resources to handle staffing, training, and performance management for all locations.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the company and act as a brand ambassador at community events and networking opportunities.
- Uphold the company's values and standards of excellence in all aspects of the job.
Extensive Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry, Preferably In A Multi-Unit Or Franchise Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Restaurant Managers And Staff.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Dunkin's Brand Standards, Menu Offerings, And Operational Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Employees, And Upper Management.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Meeting Business Goals Through Strategic Planning, Budget Management, And Operational Efficiency.
