  1. Oversee and manage multiple Dunkin' locations to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability.
  3. Hire, train, and motivate a team of restaurant managers and crew members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety across all locations.
  5. Manage inventory, ordering, and pricing to ensure proper stock levels and cost control.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  7. Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for menu and operational changes.
  11. Generate and analyze financial reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
  13. Collaborate with other departments and upper management to achieve company goals and objectives.
  14. Ensure all locations are properly staffed and scheduled to meet demand and maintain efficient operations.
  15. Uphold the Dunkin' brand and consistently deliver the true Dunkin' experience to customers.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Restaurant Management: A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager At Dunkin' Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Multiple Restaurant Locations. This Includes Knowledge Of Food And Beverage Operations, Financial Management, And Staff Supervision.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Restaurant Managers And Staff Across Multiple Locations. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Develop Employees, As Well As Make Tough Decisions When Necessary.

  • Business Acumen: The Multi Unit Restaurant Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Business Side Of Running A Restaurant, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Inventory Management. This Will Ensure The Success And Profitability Of Each Location.

  • Customer Service Orientation: Dunkin' Is Known For Its Outstanding Customer Service, And The Multi Unit Restaurant Manager Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset. This Includes The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Ensure A Positive Dining Experience For All Guests.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Managing Multiple Restaurant Locations Can Be Challenging, And The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations And Be Flexible In Their Approach. This Includes Being Able To Handle Unexpected Issues And Make Quick Decisions To Keep Operations Running Smoothly.
