  1. Oversee and manage multiple Dunkin' restaurant locations to ensure their success and growth.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive profitability across all locations.
  3. Lead and motivate restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
  4. Train, develop, and mentor restaurant managers and staff to ensure consistent performance and growth.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance of each location, and take appropriate action to address any issues.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
  7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
  8. Collaborate with other department heads to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
  9. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  10. Stay current with industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
  11. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Develop and maintain budgets for each location, and manage expenses to meet financial targets.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to restaurant managers and staff.
  15. Ensure all legal and safety requirements are met and maintained at all times.

Job Qualifications
