Previous Management Experience: A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager At Dunkin' Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Food Service Industry. This Experience Should Include Overseeing Multiple Locations And Managing A Team Of Employees.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Hiring, Training, And Developing Employees, As Well As The Ability To Delegate Tasks And Handle Conflicts.
