  1. Oversee the operations of multiple Dunkin' locations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Maintain high standards of quality and service across all locations.
  3. Train and manage a team of restaurant managers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to run their locations effectively.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability across all locations.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Ensure that all locations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations.
  7. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring that their experience at Dunkin' is exceptional.
  8. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  9. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and human resources to develop and implement initiatives that promote the Dunkin' brand and improve overall operations.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the game.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to restaurant managers to help them improve and grow within the company.
  12. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable terms.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive sales and build brand awareness.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean working environment for employees and customers.
  15. Remain flexible and adaptable to handle unexpected situations and challenges that may arise in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Managing Multiple Restaurant Locations: A Successful Multi Unit Restaurant Manager At Dunkin' Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Multiple Restaurant Locations, With A Track Record Of Achieving Financial Targets And Maintaining High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Operations Of Several Restaurants And Leading A Team Of Managers. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In A Multi Unit Restaurant Manager Role, As You Will Need To Coordinate And Communicate With Various Teams, Including Employees, Vendors, And Senior Management. Strong Interpersonal Skills Are Also Important For Building Relationships With Customers And Resolving Any Issues That May Arise.
