1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by taking and accurately fulfilling orders.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
4. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Dunkin' standards.
5. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
6. Assist in opening and closing procedures as needed.
7. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
9. Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy morning rush.
