  1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter the store.
  2. Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  4. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our products.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both in person and through our digital ordering system.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service standards.
  11. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  12. Demonstrate dependability and punctuality by arriving on time for scheduled shifts.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Customer Service: A Qualified Morning Crew Member At Dunkin' Should Have Prior Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As In A Restaurant Or Retail Setting. This Will Ensure They Have The Necessary Skills To Provide Excellent Service To Our Customers.

  • Ability To Work Early Morning Shifts: As A Morning Crew Member, The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Early Morning Shifts, Typically Starting At 5 Or 6 Am. They Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Willing To Work Weekends And Holidays, As These Are Our Peak Business Hours.

  • Team Player: Dunkin' Prides Itself On Its Team-Oriented Work Environment. A Successful Morning Crew Member Should Be Able To Work Well With Others, Take Direction From Supervisors, And Communicate Effectively With Team Members.

  • Food Handling And Safety Knowledge: A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Food Handling And Safety Practices. This Includes The Ability To Follow Sanitation Guidelines, Maintain Food Temperature, And Handle Food With Care To Prevent Cross-Contamination.

  • Physical Stamina: Working In A Fast-Paced Environment Like Dunkin' Requires Physical Stamina. A Morning Crew Member Should Be Able To Stand For Long Periods, Lift And Carry Heavy Trays, And Move Quickly Between Tasks Without Compromising The Quality Of Their Work.
