1. Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and positive attitude.

3. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to Dunkin' standards.
4. Bake and serve fresh, high-quality baked goods.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area.
6. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
9. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
