As the Facilities Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our company's physical assets, from coffee shops to distribution centers.   1. Develop and implement strategies for the efficient and cost-effective management of company facilities.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  3. Monitor and analyze facility metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of facility issues and maintenance requests.
  5. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services and equipment.
  6. Create and maintain a budget for facility maintenance and repair costs.
  7. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facilities management.
  8. Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program for all company facilities.
  9. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on facility-related issues and progress.
  10. Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans for company facilities.
  11. Train and supervise facilities staff to ensure a high level of performance and efficiency.
  12. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall operation and functionality of company facilities.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to facility maintenance, repairs, and projects.
  15. Foster a safe and healthy work environment for all employees by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and addressing any potential hazards.
  16. Coordinate and oversee renovations, expansions, and new construction projects for company facilities.
  17. Serve as the main point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
  18. Develop and maintain a schedule for routine maintenance tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
  19. Conduct regular training and workshops for employees on facility-related topics and procedures.
  20. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall functionality of company facilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management Or A Similar Role.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Informed Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
