- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and fresh doughnuts to customers in the evening shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including properly restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and team members.
- Follow proper cash handling procedures and accurately process transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure a positive work environment and efficient service.

Customer Service Skills: Evening Team Members Need To Be Able To Provide Friendly And Efficient Service To Customers, Handling Orders And Inquiries With A Positive Attitude.
Cash Handling Experience: Since Evening Team Members Are Responsible For Processing Customer Payments And Handling Cash, They Should Have Previous Experience With Cash Handling And Basic Math Skills.
Availability For Evening Shifts: As The Job Title Suggests, Evening Team Members Are Required To Work During Evening Hours, Typically From 4Pm To 10Pm. Applicants Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work During These Hours.
Food Safety Knowledge: Dunkin' Places A High Importance On Food Safety And Expects All Team Members To Follow Proper Food Handling And Storage Procedures. Experience Or Knowledge In This Area Is A Plus.
