- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to Dunkin' standards and recipes.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and colleagues.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure proper store operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Prior Customer Service Experience: Evening Team Members At Dunkin' Are Responsible For Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Guests. Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As In Retail Or Food Service, Will Be Beneficial In This Position.
Availability For Evening Shifts: Since This Is An Evening Position, Candidates Must Be Available To Work During The Evening Hours, Typically From 4Pm To 10Pm Or Later. A Flexible Schedule And Willingness To Work Weekends And Holidays Is Also Important.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Dunkin' Restaurants Can Get Very Busy During The Evening Rush, So Candidates Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Stay Calm Under Pressure.
Strong Communication Skills: Evening Team Members Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers, Coworkers, And Managers. This Includes Taking Orders Accurately, Handling Customer Complaints, And Working Together As A Team To Keep The Restaurant Running Smoothly.
Food Safety Knowledge: As A Dunkin' Team Member, Candidates Will Be Handling And Preparing Food Items For Customers. Having Knowledge Of Food Safety Guidelines And Procedures Is Important To Ensure The Safety And Satisfaction Of Guests.
