Excellent Customer Service Skills: The Ability To Provide Friendly And Efficient Service To Customers Is Essential For An Evening Team Member At Dunkin'. This Includes Greeting Customers, Taking Orders Accurately, And Resolving Any Issues That May Arise.
Availability For Evening Shifts: As An Evening Team Member, You Must Be Available To Work During The Evening Hours, Typically Between 3Pm And 11Pm. This May Include Weekends And Holidays.
Food Safety Knowledge: Knowledge Of Food Safety Procedures And Regulations Is Important For An Evening Team Member At Dunkin'. This Includes Proper Handling Of Food, Maintaining A Clean Work Environment, And Following All Health Codes.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Dunkin' Is A Busy And Fast-Paced Environment, Especially During Evening Hours. An Evening Team Member Must Be Able To Work Quickly And Efficiently, While Still Maintaining A High Level Of Quality In Their Work.
