- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve coffee and donuts according to Dunkin' standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
- Greet and interact with guests, taking and accurately processing orders and payments.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Restock and replenish inventory as needed to ensure products are always available for guests.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items and promotions to accurately answer guest questions and make upsell suggestions.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards to uphold the Dunkin' brand image.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, providing a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
- Continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge to provide the best possible service to guests.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Successful Evening Team Member At Dunkin' Must Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Ensure A Positive And Friendly Experience For Customers.
Availability For Evening Shifts: This Position Requires Availability During Evening Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, To Accommodate The Busy Evening Rush At Dunkin' Locations.
Cash Handling Experience: As An Evening Team Member, Handling Cash And Operating A Cash Register Will Be A Regular Part Of The Job. Previous Experience In Cash Handling And Basic Math Skills Are Preferred.
Food Safety Knowledge: Dunkin' Takes Food Safety Very Seriously, And All Employees Must Have A Basic Understanding Of Proper Food Handling And Storage Techniques, As Well As The Ability To Follow Sanitation And Safety Protocols.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Evening Shift At Dunkin' Can Be Fast-Paced And Demanding, Especially During Peak Hours. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Work Efficiently Under Pressure And Have A Sense Of Urgency To Keep Up With High Volumes Of Orders.
