Job Description

As a District Manager at Dunkin', you will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and brand loyalty in one of our most important and exciting regions. We are looking for a passionate and driven leader who will provide hands-on management and guidance to multiple store teams. You should possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to develop meaningful relationships with franchisees.The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an understanding of the retail and QSR landscape. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years of multi-unit restaurant or retail management experience, as well as a minimum of 2 years of district management experience.
