  1. Lead the development and implementation of data governance and MDM products within the organization.
  2. Establish and maintain data governance policies, processes, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data governance and MDM needs and develop solutions to address them.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data governance and MDM products, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant data regulations and industry standards.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gain understanding of data needs and requirements.
  7. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the data governance and MDM team.
  8. Train and educate employees on data governance best practices and MDM tools and processes.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data governance and MDM to continuously improve and innovate our products.
  10. Communicate data governance and MDM strategies, goals, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  11. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  12. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data quality and integrity.
  13. Resolve any data governance and MDM issues or conflicts that may arise.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  15. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Data Management, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Data Governance And Master Data Management (Mdm) Products, Preferably In The Retail Or Food Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Data Governance Frameworks, Principles, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Remote And Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
