- Lead and execute development communication strategies: Develop and implement effective communication plans to support the growth and success of Dunkin' brand.
- Ensure clear and impactful messaging: Develop and maintain a consistent and powerful brand voice across all channels, including print, digital, and social media.
- Develop and maintain relationships: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and insights to inform communication strategies.
- Monitor and analyze communication efforts: Regularly track and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and make adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in communication to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
- Manage a team: Oversee and provide guidance to a team of communication professionals to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, public relations, and development to ensure alignment and integration of communication efforts.
- Manage budgets and resources: Develop and manage budgets for communication initiatives and allocate resources effectively to achieve objectives.
- Support crisis communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans and serve as a spokesperson for the company during times of crisis.
- Uphold brand standards: Ensure that all communication efforts adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain the integrity of the Dunkin' brand.
- Drive business results: Use communication strategies to support business objectives and drive growth and success for the company.
- Stay true to Dunkin' values: Exemplify Dunkin's core values of teamwork, integrity, respect, accountability, and excellence in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Communications Or Public Relations, With A Focus On Development And Fundraising.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Development Campaigns And Donor Engagement Strategies.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey The Dunkin' Brand And Mission.
Experience Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Departments, Such As Marketing And Development.
