  1. Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies to drive brand loyalty and business growth.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  4. Monitor and track campaign performance, and use data to inform future strategies and initiatives.
  5. Utilize customer insights to identify opportunities for new products, services, or promotions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  8. Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand standards and messaging.
  9. Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on marketing efforts to management.
  11. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new target audiences and potential areas for expansion.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute customer-specific marketing plans.
  13. Train and support sales team on marketing initiatives and strategies.
  14. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  16. Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to marketing and advertising.
  17. Maintain positive relationships with vendors and agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials.
  18. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Dunkin' brand and culture.
  19. Continuously seek out new and innovative marketing tactics to keep Dunkin' top-of-mind for customers.
  20. Meet or exceed set KPIs and goals related to customer engagement and loyalty.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Customer Marketing Or Related Field, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Consumer Behavior And Trends, As Well As Experience With Market Research And Analysis.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Internal Teams.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Marketing Software, Such As Crm And Social Media Management Tools.
