11. Assist in the preparation of work schedules and manage labor costs to meet budget goals.

13. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure the restaurant is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
14. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and evaluating employees to maintain a strong and efficient team.
