
Assistant Restaurant Manager

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards to ensure a hygienic and comfortable dining experience.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in creating and implementing employee training programs to ensure consistent quality and service standards.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of products.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other financial transactions.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues.
- Assist in the preparation of work schedules and manage labor costs to meet budget goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and make suggestions for menu changes and promotions.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure the restaurant is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and evaluating employees to maintain a strong and efficient team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Previous Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Restaurant Or Food Service Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Handle Any Issues That May Arise In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Customer Service Oriented: Candidates Should Have A Strong Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Ensuring Guest Satisfaction.
Knowledge Of Dunkin' Brand And Products: A Thorough Understanding Of The Dunkin' Brand, Menu Items, And Company Policies Is Essential For This Role.
