Job Description

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and contribute to the success of our restaurant.   1. Provide leadership and direction to the restaurant team, including hiring, training, and developing employees.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to every guest by setting and maintaining high standards.
  3. Monitor and improve restaurant operations to increase efficiency and profitability.
  4. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and meet company goals.
  5. Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, following all health and safety regulations.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Create and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimize labor costs.
  9. Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback, discuss goals, and address any concerns.
  10. Monitor and analyze sales and expense reports to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  13. Uphold and promote company values and ensure all employees are following company policies and procedures.
  14. Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, inventory tracking, and budgeting.
  15. Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating exceptional work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
