- Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimize labor costs.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback, discuss goals, and address any concerns.
- Monitor and analyze sales and expense reports to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Uphold and promote company values and ensure all employees are following company policies and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, inventory tracking, and budgeting.
- Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating exceptional work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
