- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that waste and shortages are minimized.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the General Manager in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts and labor costs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement employee training programs.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and motivation among team members.
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to operations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that the restaurant is meeting all company standards and regulations.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Team.
Knowledge Of Restaurant Operations, Including Food Safety And Sanitation, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.
Ability To Handle High-Pressure Situations And Make Quick, Effective Decisions.
