  1. Oversee and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Lead and develop a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  3. Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment.
  4. Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional experience.
  5. Manage inventory and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize waste.
  6. Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  7. Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing changes and improvements as needed.
  11. Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  12. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and proficient in their roles.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork and cooperation among employees.
  14. Act as a role model for the team, consistently demonstrating high levels of professionalism and customer service.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry: A Successful Assistant Restaurant Manager At Dunkin' Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
