- Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.
- Oversee the scheduling and staffing of the restaurant, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
- Assist with creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and financial goals for the restaurant.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain brand standards and ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the overall performance of the restaurant.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Proactively identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by setting a positive example for team members and promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's values and culture at all times.

Previous Experience In A Management Role Within The Food And Beverage Industry, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment.
