- Develop and implement compensation strategies for physicians and clinicians that are competitive and in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current compensation structures and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads, to understand the unique needs and expectations of the medical field and ensure that compensation plans support those needs.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure that compensation plans remain competitive and attractive to top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to gather relevant data and insights to inform compensation decisions.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for compensation adjustments.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its various regulations and guidelines related to physician and clinician compensation.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR representatives on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures related to compensation.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans and make necessary adjustments to ensure they remain relevant and competitive.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape that may impact compensation strategies.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to valuing and supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring fair and equitable compensation for their contributions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to compensation and total rewards.
- Train and mentor junior team members on compensation analysis and strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Compensation Analysis And Administration.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Healthcare Compensation, Such As The Fair Labor Standards Act And Equal Pay Act.
Experience With Developing And Managing Compensation Plans For Physicians And Clinicians.
Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
