In this role, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our service access team.   1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service access team at Growing Child Pediatrics in Zebulon.
  2. Ensure that the service access team provides excellent customer service to all patients and their families.
  3. Create and maintain efficient processes and procedures for scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and managing medical records.
  4. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  5. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to promote continuous improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other leaders and departments within the organization to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies related to healthcare and patient confidentiality.

  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that promotes teamwork, communication, and mutual respect.
  14. Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
  15. Act as a liaison between the service access team and other departments, communicating any updates or changes in policies or procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In A Pediatric Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Pediatric Healthcare Operations, Including Scheduling, Insurance Verification, And Patient Access.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Records And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
