Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution

  • Current And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of North Carolina

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Rn In An Operating Room Setting

  • Certification In Perioperative Nursing (Cnor) Preferred

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment And Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team.

About Duke University

Duke University is a private research university in Durham, North Carolina. Founded by Methodists and Quakers in the present-day town of Trinity in 1838, the school moved to Durham in 1892. In 1924, tobacco and electric power industrialist James Buchanan Duke established The Duke Endowment and the institution changed its name to honor his deceased father, Washington Duke.
