- Coordinate and oversee various programs and initiatives within Duke University, ensuring their successful execution and impact.
- Communicate effectively with program leaders, faculty, and staff to ensure alignment with university goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program success and promote collaboration.
- Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds to support program goals.
- Create and maintain program schedules and timelines, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute program events, workshops, and activities, including logistics, materials, and participant recruitment.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the university to ensure program integration and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Track and report program progress and outcomes, including collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and apply them to program planning and execution.
- Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries and provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
- Manage program documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for program improvement and growth.
- Support the overall mission and goals of Duke University and promote a positive image of the institution.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Public Administration, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination Or Project Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Including Faculty, Staff, And Students.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Managing Budgets, As Well As Tracking And Reporting On Program Progress And Outcomes.
Familiarity With Duke University Policies And Procedures, As Well As A Commitment To Upholding The University's Values Of Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion.

Duke University is a private research university in Durham, North Carolina. Founded by Methodists and Quakers in the present-day town of Trinity in 1838, the school moved to Durham in 1892.
