Job Description

Duke University is seeking an experienced and driven Program Coordinator to join our team and make an immediate impact. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating activities for a variety of programs. You will be the primary point of contact for program participants and will be expected to ensure that programs are delivered in a timely and effective manner.To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. You should also have an understanding of the principles and practices related to program coordination. A Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in program coordination is required.

About Duke University

Duke University is a private research university in Durham, North Carolina. Founded by Methodists and Quakers in the present-day town of Trinity in 1838, the school moved to Durham in 1892. In 1924, tobacco and electric power industrialist James Buchanan Duke established The Duke Endowment and the institution changed its name to honor his deceased father, Washington Duke. Duke's campus spans over 8,600 acres (3,500 hectares) on three contiguous sub-campuses in Durham as well as a marine lab in Beaufort.
