• Greet and welcome patients to our primary care clinics in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments for patients and maintain accurate records in our electronic health record system
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, providing accurate and timely information
• Process patient check-ins and check-outs, verifying insurance information and collecting copays and payments
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner and their needs are met
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Handle and resolve any patient complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
