1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, scheduling appointments and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
3. Ensure a smooth check-in process for patients, verifying insurance and personal information, and collecting necessary paperwork.
4. Facilitate patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff and providers to ensure timely and efficient care.
