
IT Analyst - End User Support
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated IT Analyst - End User Support to join Duke University's dynamic and innovative IT team. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong technical aptitude, and a knack for problem-solving. The IT Analyst - End User Support will be responsible for providing technical support for our staff, faculty, and students.Ideal candidates for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; have a minimum of five years' experience in an IT support role; and have a working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based applications. Additionally, a successful IT Analyst - End User Support should have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and be able to work in a team environment.
