1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the Duke Raleigh campus.
2. Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify any potential issues and make necessary repairs or replacements.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC problems and develop effective solutions to resolve them.
4. Monitor and maintain proper functioning of all HVAC equipment, including but not limited to, air handlers, chillers, boilers, and pumps.

9. Respond promptly to emergency calls and work efficiently to resolve urgent HVAC issues.
