1. Develop and implement innovative strategies and programs to improve patient experience in our ambulatory care settings.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within DHIP and across the organization to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
3. Lead and oversee the implementation of system-wide programs to enhance patient experience, including training and support for staff.
4. Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in patient experience and healthcare delivery to inform program development.
6. Foster a culture of patient-centric care and consistently advocate for the needs and preferences of our patients.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and patients, to ensure alignment and support for patient experience initiatives.
