We are looking for an Assistant Registrar at Duke University who is passionate about providing an exceptional experience to our students and faculty. As an Assistant Registrar, you will play a central role in maintaining our academic records and providing support to our Office of the University Registrar. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, leading data entry and data audits, and helping to develop and maintain the highest quality of services for students and faculty. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of office experience, preferably in a university setting. You must have strong computer skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain processes and procedures clearly and accurately. Additionally, you must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duke University is a private research university in Durham, North Carolina. Founded by Methodists and Quakers in the present-day town of Trinity in 1838, the school moved to Durham in 1892.
