  1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's mission and goals.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including federal and state laws and guidelines.
  3. Oversee the management of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  4. Collaborate with other department leaders to identify and address HR needs and priorities.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
  7. Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  8. Develop and manage the HR budget and ensure effective use of resources.
  9. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing mentoring and professional development opportunities.
  10. Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices and incorporate them into the organization's HR operations.
  11. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives, to promote a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
  12. Represent the organization in meetings and events related to HR operations.
  13. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Ensure confidentiality and privacy of all employee information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 8 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Prior Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Hr Processes And Procedures.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
