Certified Tumor Registrar (Ctr) Credential From The National Cancer Registrars Association (Ncra) Or Equivalent Certification.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Cancer Registry Operations And Data Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Physiology.
Proficiency In Icd-O Coding, Seer Coding Rules, And Cancer Staging Systems.
Familiarity With Cancer Reporting Requirements And Compliance With Regulatory Agencies Such As The Commission On Cancer (Coc) And The Centers For Medicare And Medicaid Services (Cms).
