- Maintain detailed documentation of revenue integrity processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement revenue integrity software and tools.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for revenue growth and improvement.
- Adhere to all HIPAA and compliance regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Billing, Or Coding.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations And Reimbursement Methodologies.
Proficient In Analyzing And Interpreting Complex Data, Including Knowledge Of Coding And Billing Systems.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Present Findings To Leadership.
