  1. Develop and implement programs that align with Duke Health's mission and goals.

  12. Continuously seek opportunities for program improvement and growth.
  13. Stay informed about current healthcare trends and developments.
  14. Represent Duke Health and its programs at events and conferences.
  15. Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Program Management, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Medical Center Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Proficiency In Project Management, Data Analysis, And Problem-Solving Skills.
