- Develop and implement programs that align with Duke Health's mission and goals.
- Create program proposals, including objectives, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure successful program implementation.
- Conduct research and gather data to inform program development and strategy.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate program updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of program staff and volunteers.
- Manage program budgets and expenses.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities for program improvement and growth.
- Stay informed about current healthcare trends and developments.
- Represent Duke Health and its programs at events and conferences.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Program Management, Preferably In A Hospital Or Academic Medical Center Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Proficiency In Project Management, Data Analysis, And Problem-Solving Skills.
