  1. Oversee the daily operations of Duke Primary Care clinics, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  3. Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  4. Manage and train clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our patients.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and improve overall patient outcomes.
  6. Monitor and manage clinic budgets, ensuring all expenses are within budgetary constraints.
  7. Serve as a liaison between Duke Primary Care and external stakeholders, including insurance companies, regulatory agencies, and community organizations.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the development of clinic policies and procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to healthcare operations.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and community leaders, to promote Duke Primary Care and its services.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for Duke Primary Care, and work towards achieving the organization's mission and objectives.
  13. Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within the organization.
  14. Stay current on developments in healthcare policy and legislation, and adapt clinic operations accordingly.
  15. Represent Duke Primary Care in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Public Health.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders Including Physicians, Staff, And External Partners.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Especially Related To Primary Care, And Experience Working Within A Large Healthcare Organization.
