1. Provide exceptional pediatric surgical care to patients.

4. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
5. Participate in patient education and follow-up care.
6. Maintain patient records and document all treatment plans.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
8. Remain current on advances in pediatric surgery and best practices.
9. Participate in departmental meetings and activities.
10. Stay abreast of hospital policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
