Patient Navigator - Gender Medicine

The Duke University Health System is seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to join our team as a Patient Navigator - Gender Medicine. The Patient Navigator - Gender Medicine will use their expertise to coordinate patient care across the gender medicine program, as well as provide education and support to patients and families. This position will require excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Required Qualifications:• A current, valid RN license or equivalent.• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a health care setting.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• A deep understanding of gender medicine.• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.• A commitment to patient-centered care.
