  1. Provide compassionate care: As a Nursing Care Assistant I, it is your responsibility to provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients at all times. This includes actively listening to their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing emotional support.
  2. Assist with daily tasks: You will be responsible for assisting patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. This requires a high level of sensitivity and attention to detail, as well as the ability to follow specific care plans.
  3. Support the healthcare team: You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of care to patients. This may involve communicating patient updates, assisting with procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

As a Nursing Care Assistant I, you will be responsible for maintaining patient records, documenting care provided, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Completion Of A State-Approved Nursing Assistant Training Program

  • Active Certification As A Nursing Assistant I In The State Of North Carolina

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Facility
