1. Administer Anesthesia: The primary responsibility of the Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will be to safely administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures or other medical treatments. This includes assessing patients' medical histories, determining appropriate anesthesia plans, and monitoring patients' vital signs throughout the procedure.
2. Collaborate with Healthcare Team: The CRNA will work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. This includes communicating effectively and collaborating on treatment plans, as well as providing support and assistance during procedures.
3. Ensure Patient Safety: The CRNA will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of patients before, during, and after anesthesia administration. This includes monitoring patients' vital signs, responding to any adverse reactions, and making adjustments to anesthesia levels as needed.
